Harmless Agreement: By using Lixin Cole’s services, you agree to release from liability and waive your right to sue Lixin’s Mandarin Chinese Services, and Lixin Cole for any liability, claim or ss whatsoever that you may suffer as a result of using all these services including translation/communication services. By using these services, you agree to assume all risk related to your use of services by Lixin Cole, who shall not in any event be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost revenues, or lost profits, arising out of or in any way connected with use of Lixin Cole’s services. You agree to hold Lixin Cole, harmless for all risk, including those that are unforeseen, and to indemnify Lixin Cole and Lixin’s Mandarin Chinese Services for any loss or legal expense that may be incurred as a result of providing any services for you including translation/communication services.
